Use of the Platform
Pro connects restaurants with suppliers for product discovery, ordering, inventory coordination, and delivery status management. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity performed through their account. Login is email based.
Orders
Orders placed through the platform are requests between restaurants and suppliers. Suppliers are responsible for confirming availability, preparing orders, and updating delivery status.
Cash on Delivery
The platform is configured for cash on delivery. Restaurants and suppliers are responsible for settling COD payments according to their agreed order terms.
Content and Conduct
Users must not upload misleading, unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or misuse the platform in a way that affects other users.
Changes to Service
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform as needed for operations, security, or compliance.
